We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. When you complete the enquiry form on this website, we collect:

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not track your browsing across other websites.

Why we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about the fuel transportation services you have asked about. Where an enquiry leads to a commercial relationship, the same information may be used to prepare quotations, contracts and service arrangements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately asked us to contact you about our services.

Who processes it

Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and are delivered to our business email accounts hosted on Microsoft 365. Both providers process this information on our behalf as operators and are bound to keep it confidential.

The pages of this website load typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No cookies are set and no personal information is transmitted by us in that process.

Because these providers operate internationally, your information may be processed on servers outside South Africa. We take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that they apply appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of our business dealings, and thereafter for the periods required by applicable South African law. Where an enquiry does not result in a business relationship, the correspondence is retained only for as long as it serves a legitimate business purpose, and is reviewed periodically.

How we protect it

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information against loss, unauthorised access and misuse. This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to enquiry correspondence is limited to employees who need it to do their work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
